On paper, there's not a lot to love about this lens. It's not fast, no AF, and it's expensive. On a camera, it's hard not to love. It has a very useful focal length, compact form factor, and outstanding performance stopped down a bit. It's just plain fun to take it out and shoot... and get great results!
