I can see every visible dust in my sensor and helps me clean it better and faster. I recommend using the blower first and then checking the sensor.

I shoot outdoors in conditions which generate alot of dust...race tracks. Since I don't have a second body I am left with changing lenses in the field.

If you plan on cleaning your DSLR sensor then you've got to get yourself one of these things.

Right out of the box the loupe told me what I wanted to know...just how dirty is my sensor? Man it was nasty. IMHO this is the only way to know the thing is clean after using any cleaning tools.

Sure the swabs and the Butterfly are great tools but the sensor loupe is the best. It won't leave my kit at home or on the road.

this helped me see how dirty the sensor was in my Rebel XT.... Much easier than the f22 picture method!!! Its not cheap ,, but then again what is!!! I love this loupe!!!
