Comments about Koh Global Koh Global Hepa Jet Air, Manual Dust Free Air Blower with a Hepa Filtered Intake.:

I've researched the internet and found this product to be the best designed. Unlike other blowers with filters, this is the only blower that has a large HEPPA filter to keep cleaning dust for many years. This is the only NIOSH approved Filter for human respirator therefore I know its not going to fail when used with a bulb. Others use small tiny filters that can clog very easily and rupture at high pressure. The surgical grade Bulb and nozzle blows strong and works well at removing dust. I've purchased this with the Koh Dustless Bag system to reduce down time of my Nikon D200 for sensor cleaning. I highly recommend that you purchase this to keep a dust free environment to change out your lens when you have time.

As for those individuals who love cleaning their sensors, I've lost my Nikon D70 do to a scratch. Take it from me, prevention of dust is the key to long and happy service life of your camera. My friends who own CANON XSI with self cleaning sensors that vibrate also use the Koh HEPPA Dustless Bag and Koh JET AIR Blowers because sensor dust is an eventual problem for all SLR camera. Since I've used both system, I've not seen sensor dust for 5 yrs on my Nikon D200.

Comments about Koh Global Koh Global Hepa Jet Air, Manual Dust Free Air Blower with a Hepa Filtered Intake.:

I bought it but after 2-3 trials on my 5D I have to say that the air flow is not that expected.
It could remove some dust but not all the dust.
Also, my camera was a refurbished one and the CMOS was not so dirty.
All in all I'd prefer a more powerful air blast.

I've owned the Nikon D700 and D3 and this little bulb really blows off the dust from my sensor. Knowing that its filtered really gives a peace of mind. I use it to remove sand from lense and keyboard too. In the long run, I think this would save you $$$ because you won't be sending your camera for sensor cleaning.
