I my lee foundation kit fits in it with 3 grads! has 2 velcro straps in the back (horizontal and vertical) so you can strap it to your belt or tripod legs.

The velcro straps work GREAT to attach to my Lowepro Slingshot 200. They go vertical and horizontal, giving me many carrying options. It also fits in the top compartment of the bag, which is a huge plus. Feels well made and I feel safe putting my pricey filters in there.
If I were being picky, I'd say its a little bigger than it needs to be, or maybe looks like it holds more than 5 filters.
All in all, great purchase, I would buy again and recommend. I have two, one for GND and one for ND. Although I usually only take one screw-in B+W ND with me, the second bag is great to store the ND squares.

I have Lee 3 filter pouch, which has much better quality than this one. Basically you get what you paid for.

I have several 4x6 filters and was looking for a pouch to carry them with. This one does the job well. Each filter is keep in a soft cloth insert and it attaches well to a belt or bag. A ten filter version would be nice or one that also holds the filter hold and adapter ring.
