Purchased to convert my North Face Surge backpack into a camera gear carrier. Fit very well, just as described on the site. Holds my Nikon D-80 plus MB-D80, SB-600 and three lenses. Only downside is the lack of padding on the bottom, so beware if you are planning to use in a similar manner in an unpadded pack.

Bought this to use in another manufacturers bag. The inserts are movable and work great for day bag use. I carry a D300 w/battery pack, a 24-70 on camera, a 80-200 and a 14-24. Add a flash and a couple of filters and cables and I'm set for most of my day trips. Good for when a back pack is too big or not appropriate. If it was just a bit longer I could carry the 80-200 mounted and still get the rest in the bag.

I bought this for my 70-200 F2.8 Nikon.
But it is useless. Can't insert lens with hood.
If you don't have big lens and hood, it is really nice.

I bought this because i wanted to use a bag that did not look like a camera bag. I had a old Timbuk2 bag lying around the house and, it fit perfectly in the bag. The insert provides adequate protection while still giving me space to hold my photo things. It is a great product and I would definitly recomend it for this application.
