Coincidental to my receiving the Shutter Hat, the rain has stopped--perhaps that should be included as a pro. The manufacturer leaves you pretty much on your own to figure out how to attach the Shutter Hat--just a couple of pictures and a list of features--no real instructions. Not being mechanically inclined, the installation was NOT intuitive for me. Nevertheless, I persevered and got it correctly attached. Now it seems relatively easy, but I would still recommend improved documentation to the manufacturer. The Shutter Hat comes in a nylon bag with a swivel-clip--easy to carry and very light. It covers my camera well; I look forward to field testing it in the rain. I will update this review when the rains return.
