I bought this bag to take on vacation--easier to carry than the bag I had. I wanted the smallest bag that would work. My Nikon D80 and zoom lens just fit, but they fit and that's what matters. My small camcorder also fits, along with 1 extra lens. That's all I need on a trip. Love the bag. It was the right choice for me!
I've now owned this bag for 6 months. I took it with me while touring Italy and I use it at every shoot I go on. It fits great, is comfortable, holds enough gear to stay mobile but useful and doesn't make me look like a tourist pack mule. In it I carried a Canon 30D, 300mm lens, 50mm lens and a 105mm L lens. All that along with extra batteries, mem cards and a lens hood. I could get to my camera quickly and even change lenses without having to take much time.
thick padding on outer 'walls' of bag provide protection. strap and stitching are solid and strap is easily adjustable.
This bag is great for limited shoots, short trips, advanced point and shoot equipment, and especially now, as airlines are cracking down on weight and carry on size!!
I can put my whole Canon G-9 System in this bag, including the extra lenses, adapter, filters, SD Cards, flash, Canon TX-1 and Leica C-Lux backup cameras and have room for a notebook and manuals!!!
I use this bag for my photographic classes.

I use this bag to transport my equipment in the field.
It is very easy to get to my camera on the fly.
This bag holds my DSLR, a couple of lenses, flash, and several other small accessories.
Easy to switch from back to front to access the camera.
Comfortable to wear and does not scream "CAMERA BAG".
I use it to carry my Canon digital SLR on hikes and bike rides.
This is a quality product. The construction is good, and it seems like it would be quite durable; and last. This bag seems to have a specific use: Quick access to your camera, and transporting for light use. The quick access would be great for wild life photography, or photos of other subjects of a spontaneous nature. The one strap design allows for this quick access, but does not allow for comfort with extended use.
I tend to go for day hikes, where I will have my pack on the entire day. With this bag, your one shoulder takes all the fatigue, and will eventually get sore. I found that as I was hiking, it wasn't worth it to put my camera back in my pack, as I am always looking for photo opportunities. My camera always ends up staying in my hand for most of the hike. I have returned the product and ordered more of a hiking pack, from Lowepro; as I was impressed with the quality of the product. This one just wasn't for me, but if are looking for a pack that can do what I listed above, this one may be just what you need.
Just got back from a week travel in Eurpoe with this bag. I was able to pack everything I needed and a little more. I carried my D200 w/ medium sized attached lens, Full sized flash, a second camera Olympus 5050Z, two battery chargers for AA and two battery chargers for Nikon battery, all my flash cards, cables, and power convertors, and still had a little room left over for wallet and some souveniers.!
I bought the smaller version. It works if you only have a camera, an extra lens and a flash. If you have more than that, then go with the bigger one.
I like wearing it like a backpack and then beig able to access the camera bag without having to take the pack off.
