EASY TO ORGANIZE WITH THIS BAG. I LIKE THE ABILITY TO LEAVE TOP FLAP OPEN SO THAT I HAVE QUICK ACCESS TO CONTENTS IN MAIN COMPARTMENT. CONSTRUCTION IS GREAT AND OFFERS GOOD PROTECTION TO ITS CONTENTS. A LITTLE ON THE EXPENSIVE SIDE, BUT IF YOU PUT SEVERAL THOUSAND DOLLARS OF EQUIPMENT IN IT, IT DOES NOT MAKE SENSE TO BUY A CHEAP BAG AND RISK DAMAGE TO EXPENSIVE LENSES ETC. LOOKS GREAT AND RIDES WELL ON THE SHOULDER. BOUGHT THE 306 INSTEAD OF THE 206 TO HAVE THE EXTRA ROOM FOR SOME BIG LENSES. THIS BAG SHOULD LAST A LIFETIME-BUY IT! you'll be glad you did.
This bag is just what I wanted. It is much easier to use than my Crumpler Messenger bag. The opening is great and it has much better weather protection. Everything is very well made. The bag is very comfortable, although it encourages me to load it up with a lot of weight. It easily holds a Canon 5D with hand grip attached, canon 28-105 f4.0 lens. sigma 15 - 20mm lens. tokina 80-200 F2.8, Canon 580 Flash and a hand meter, plus filers, extra card etc.

I've used a few different Lowepro bags. I find the Billinham 306 to be the most comfortable well designed of all of them. It's easier on my sholder and stays put on my shoulder. The bag curves around my hip. The material it is covered with is soft and isn't scratchy against the inside of my arm when resting over the bag at my side.
