I wanted a bag that would protect my equipment that was easily transported. The D300 is perfect. In the bag, I have a Nikon D200 with MB-D200 grip and 17-55 2.8 lens mounted. I also carry an 85mm 1.4 lens with 2 SB800 flash and Lightsphere. There's still plenty of room for CF case, extra batteries, and cords. The padding is just right thickness to protect the contents. It's the perfect size bag and it's weatherproof.
