PICTURED IS A 4 COMBO LOCK - SENT WAS A 3 COMBO LOCK. NOT ANYWHERE CLOSE TO THE DESCRIPTED ITEM. WHAT IS WITH THE PADDED BAG? I SEE LITTLE TO NO USE FOR THE BAG, MAYBE THE LADIES COULD US IT TO HOLD A MAKEUP KIT.
