I've attached it to my Crumpler 7million dollar bag. Thirsty Al fits well and serves as pouch that 7Mill. doesn't have. Medium size is good for batteries or smaller accessories. Filters larger than 55mm will definitely need larger Thirsty Al. It does not provide complete seal against rain, but overall use has proven its usefulness.
