No, I would not recommend this to a friend
I was very disappointed when this cap arrived. The material is very flimsy and below acceptable standards. It is not made well and loses it's shape, not that it had one to begin with. I cannot imagine wearing it on a windy or rainy day and having it hold up under these conditions. It was a complete waste of money.
