I modified my strap with a hook. It attaches to the tripod socket now. I walked around a roping event for several hours on saturday with a Sigma 70-200/2.8 on the camera. The strap disapates the weight and is very comfortable. At first I was a little concerned with the weight. I didn't know if the strap would support it. No problems and no sore sholder.
