I was very pleased with how it mounts to the Expedition 7 backpack and the MAS Modular Accessory Belt.
It is well padded and holds my Nikon AF-S 70-300 perfectly when you use the Lens bag that comes with the lens. You may want to purchase the Harness for the belt however to keep the MAS Modular belt in place.
