I've had a Crumpler laptop bag for years, which has held up great. When I was ready for a larger camera bag, I looked around at the other brands, but ended up picking up both the 7 million dollar home and the 3 million dollar home.
The "7 Million" is great when you need a lot of gear with you, or when you need a little of camera gear, and a bunch of other stuff. It comfortably holds my D80, with lens, another three lenses, three flashes, plus all my cards, batteries, etc.
All the internal dividers are removeable and customizable, so it's also a great weekend bag, with just my camera a lens or two, a flash, and few days of clothes.
