It is quite difficult to write on an item that arrives DOA then to find out I did not read the "FINE" print and once I installed the ink cartridges Adorama would not take a return. It will not accept the ink cartridges and after also speaking with Brother I have not gotten any help yet with this DOA machine. I own one already and know it is a good machine when it works! I guess I should have ordered from Tiger Direct!
