I've been struggling to get the color right with my Epson R1800 for some time. Using a competing product that relies on a scanner to create the profile, there was always a green cast. Using a dedicated colorimeter solved the problem and colors, including skin tones, are now right on. The software is also pretty intuitive and complete.
