Easy to setup and use. While it doesn't totally eliminate color problems (many more things are involved in the printing process) it makes getting correctly printed photos much easier to achieve.

Mine worked well and then suddenly quit. The warranty expired and Pantone wants nothing to do with replacing it. I'll try a different brand but for the average photographer it will work well.

The Huey products work, but not for long. The USB cable is extremely fragile and is not replaceable nor repairable. I was on my second Huey after the first suffered total failure shortly after the warrantee expired. The thing quit working entirely and the company would not return phone calls or e-mails.
My advise is to invest in the Datacolor Spyder 3 products, they are much more robust and have a sensor area more than 100 times larger (estimate).
The Spyder costs a bit more but is worth the money.
