Comments about Wacom Wacom Cintiq 21UX Graphics Tablet, 21.3" Interactive Pen Display with 17.0" x 12.75" Active Area, for Mac & Windows, Two Year Warranty:

So I just bought a wacom 21 UX and straight out of the box I found this dead pixel in the middle of my screen, i called the customer service of Wacom and after going back and forth with them in email they said no we can change it for you. There reason they told me was its not a dead pixel its sub pixel effect. ??????? So If the pixel stays one color mostly black or white then they can change it but if it doesn't for example the color on the screen is black but that dead pixel show a green color ,then its fine you have to keep your wacom and they wont change it for you. Which I think is bs, when you spend [$] and you get a tablet with a dead pixel and they wont change it for you that's just [*]. I called the supervisor of wacom Mike and [...] tells me to send it in so I did, hoping that he might be able to do something and after couple days they called and said the same thing " its sub pixel not a dead pixel" . If you're planning on buying this unit. All i can tell you DON'T. Its a good tablet but i have seen this problem with all the wacom 21 ux and if you get lucky like me and have daed pixel in the middle of your screen then your stuck with it. Even I got lucky the guy from wacom told me that most of there wacom 21 ux has more that one dead pixel as they call it sub pixel and they can all be bunched in one place or scattered around the screen.I wish i never spend that much money on a peace of [*] like this, I m going to post a review on every single website that wacom is selling this [*] tablet. Hate wacom and there products
