Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
This product is a great, durable product, but it was definately a challenge to get it networked! Couldn't ever get the USB port direct connection to transfer files, but once I connected it through an ethernet cord it networked very quickly and was very easy to use. I would probably give this product a 7/10 on the easiness scale, but definately a 10/10 on transfer speed and reliability so far!
