The colors are rich and true. I use all Canon products from beginning to end with the exception of some Iford, which is great stuff,...People are AMAZED when I tell them "I printed these(especially the 13x19's) at home,..." Awesome printer but Canon should definitely work on selling a longer life cartridge(more than 13 ml.) at a reasonable price. I've burned 2 tanks of PM and the red hasn't budged,....nor the green, the rest once. I'm not sure why(the red and green that is,....) as this doesn't seem proportionate,... The prints look great though... I'll take any feed back regarding this,... Thank you!!

As with all of the Canon CLI-8 series ink cartridges, I think many pro-sumers would agree one outstanding complaint; lack of ink volume for price. Clients expect value for their dollar when buying prints. The amount of ink that I go through makes it difficult for a photographer to meet the client's demands and still maintain a reasonable profit margin.
Everything else about these ink cartridges is great including ease of use and color representation. However, using the full color range of these cartridges with the Pixma Pro 9000, I find the richness of grayscale or B&W printing leaves a bit to be desired.
All things considered though, these ink cartridges provide beautiful color prints when used in conjunction with Canon Papers.
