Good Printer, Not so good Documentation

Initial instructions for Bluetooth were clear. Set up also requires USB installation to use ToolBox, required to alaign new cartridges. COM PORT assignment for my computer's Bluetooth was a nightmare, but Palms OS was easy. Direct card printing great. Really NICE feature--it uses full size cartridges, unlike many protable printers.

Fabulous print jobs not so great battery

Difficult Setup, Short battery shelf-life

Very portable and durable printer. Clean, crisp print jobs. Expensive battery has extremely limited shelf-life when not used for more than one month. Wireless network settings for printer do not interface well with laptop when using wireless card for internet connection.
