I've owned the HP 9800 for a year. I was pleased with the print quality, but from the day I bought the printer I had software problems printing large file from Photoshop. HP support instructed me to substitute the drivers from their 9650 printer in place of the 9800 drivers. At least I was able to get the printer to work. Lately mechanical problems with the printer have made me now decide to junk it and get another model. Maybe I just got a lemon?
