We own several HP printers and a plotter and they have worked reasonably well. About a year ago, we bought the desighnjet 130nr thinking that it might be a good support printer for our small engineering organization, but we where wrong.
The printer is terrible. We used it, at most 6 times for small little jobs and it broke down. HP was unable to provide for the broken part, which suddenly became broken parts.
8 months latter, HP decided to replace the printer by a new one. The new printer didn?t work either, even a technician from HP was dancing, after he was able to feed the paper, should we expect a big party when he?ll make it print, I don?t think so.
Bottom line, we are getting rid of the printer, the quality might be good, it might be affordable for a large format printer but is useless because the hardware is lousy as it is Hp support for this model.
