I had a Konica - Minolta printer that lasted 7+ years and finally died. This was a pelacement printer. Connecting to it as a network printer was hard and took over an hour. It also draws a lot of juice on start-up and would shut down my computer. I now have it on its own circuit.. Print quality is excellent

The color is sharp on this Laser particularly on 28# paper. However, I replaced a nine year old Tektronix Phaser 750PS that was showing its age. I needed to put out 200 mailing this month and I find out that the 1650EN does not support standard Comm. #10 envelopes! It has a paper guide that forms around the envelope but will not print. It only supports DL and smaller CL ISO standards. WHAT WERE THEY THINKING?? The only way I will be able to use this stupid printer is to switch to A4 letterhead and the DL envelopes. This is what I get for not buying a good American printer. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this printer for small home business.
