Did not work with Mac & 4GB HC card. Called tech service @ Aluratek. They were very nice and replaced with model #AUCR200T which can read and write on 4 & 8GB HC cards.I transfer music now from my Mac to my LG phone without a problem. itunes program can convert music to mp3.
