This products does not support SDHC cards over 2GB. I found this out just after I purchased it and now I have to return it. It is my own fault for not having dug a little deeper to find this out ahead of time. However, that bit of information should really be included in the product description.

I have not had a comparable product. I used to transfer images to computer by connecting to my camera. This is much easier, I just take the card and plug it in. And I don't have to worry about camera battery because it is powered through the computer.
