Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
I had been just using my computers card reader up until now. After reading about the UDMA cards I went ahead and bout one along with Hoodman card reader. I cant believe I waited so long . I uploaded over a 1000 images in about 4 minutes. All I can think of is how much time I wasted in the past. I highly recommend this reader. It also comes with a adapter for the 6 pin fire wire if you dont have the 9 pin.
