Bought as a gift for use with a 10MP point and shoot. It does just fine with medium-resolution video, and photos are no problem at all. This is probably my fifth or sixth SanDisk memory card and I've always been happy with them. Very reliable and fast enough to handle any camera I've had. I don't know how this compares to pro-level cards, but it's perfect for everyday use.

I bought this card from Adorama itself and after taking few photos when I plugged it into laptop, it showed its GENERIC SDHC card and not of SanDisk's.

The classic memory card. Reliable, quick, well priced. I archive on these cards, so they become my third back-up. They will cover most any situation (at a manageable price point) with the exception of fast frame sequential shooting, where I would use the Extreme III or better.

I used the Sandisk memory card on a recent trip with my new Nikon D90. It worked great for my purposes (which included some quick sequences of shots of birds, but mostly single shots at a time). I prefer to use somewhat smaller cards to avoid a failure taking out too many pictures...but I found that a 4Gb card still held some 500 Fine quality JPEGs. That's plenty for me.
