Comments about Transcend Transcend 16 GB, 133x High Speed, Compact Flash Memory Card.:
I have four 16 Gb cards from Adorama for some years now and they have performed perfectly in all conditions from tropical and and high humidity to freezing cold and otherwise, even after having fallen onto a concrete surface (not recommended).
A very good workhorse if you're looking for a reliable high quality card. I shoot RAW and jpg basic almost all the time and use these cards for 'rapid fire' shots at Rodeos. I get 15 shots in the 'can' before I'll 'jam up'.
size matters and so does CFC

Comments about Transcend Transcend 16 GB, 133x High Speed, Compact Flash Memory Card.:
Well, 133x cards are on the low-end of the market now, and most cameras do not need to write that fast anyway. The longer something is around, the easier it is for generic manufacturers like Transcend to make a good card. Great for general purpose and not running out of space. I absolutely love these cards for non-intense photography happenings. If I find myself needing speed for a shoot, I swap for 300x UDMA cards. Otherwise, for video and general purpose, this has fantastic space and performance for the price. Just MAKE SURE your camera supports the size!

This is a great card at a great price. I would recommend it with the small exception that there are some formatting issues with my Canon 20D (I don't know about Nikon or any other cameras), which you can read here: [@]/problem-and-solution-16gb-compact-flash.html
