Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
This is a super add on, easy to use. The camera itself has a telephoto feature but did not meet my needs. I wanted to stay with something small and light weight rather than move to a bigger camera. The telephoto lens bumped up the capabitilties to what I needed without adding bulk. It is so easy to put on I love it !
