I was exceptionally pleased with this frame. I expected only the frame with no glass, backing or hanging hardware as I have paid more for only the comparable frame in craft stores. The frame came very quickly (as have all my Adorama orders so far) and was in perfect condition, complete with frame, glass, backing, hanging wire and 2 kinds of hanging hardware. It is an great value and great product!
