Pros:
Incomplete information

Comments about Ilford Ilford XP-2 Super Sharp, Fine Grain, Black and White Professional Film ISO 400, 35mm, 24 Exposures:

This film must be processed using color chemistry. You cannot use conventional B&W chemistry!! Do not purchase if you intend to use conventional B&W chemistry as it must be processed in color chemistry only. Though, according to the Ilford website it can be printed on traditional B&W paper.

As an addendum to my earlier review, I wanted to say that I still plan to shoot with this film even after finally taking the digital plunge. Don't give up your film cameras just yet!

My favorite B&W film
By fercott from Wilmington, North Carolina on 9/24/2006
Pros:
Consistent, Great for landscapes, Reproduces Well, Shallow gray scale
Cons:
Bad for portraits, Requires practice
Best Uses:
Artwork, Landscapes nature

Comments about Ilford Ilford XP-2 Super Sharp, Fine Grain, Black and White Professional Film ISO 400, 35mm, 24 Exposures:

This film requires some practice getting used to its grayscale. Not very flattering for portraits, but really cool for landscapes. Very emotional B&W film for still life and landscapes.
