I had to write this review after seeing the poor image from the previous reviewer-- That picture is not telling of this film at all!!! It is wonderful film! I have used it for years here in New Orleans and have gotten the most beautiful results and color! I would say the above image was improperly exposed or processed. My uses were at night mostly to art/document the beautiful costuming and interesting events here in New Orleans. I cherish this film! Thanks for making it Fuji!

I use this at the rated speed of 800, where it shows good color, has good contrast, and is plenty fast for all-around usage. I find the colors to be cooler and a bit more saturated than Kodak Portra 800 (which I also like).
The grain is well-controlled and pleasant. I have used this film for portrait, still life, and night photography.

Lots of grain; poor color in overcast situations; does not seem to have a lot of exposure latitude
