Comments about Kodak Kodak Flexicolor Fixer / Replenisher, 5-Gallons.:

I absolutely LOVE this camera! Taking pictures used to be an "iffy" proposition for me. With the S5200 I can hardly take a bad picture (subject matter notwithstanding). The zoom is unbelievable, the motion video is clear in every way, colors are bright and true and everyone wants me to take pictures for them at events. Well that is until they tried the camera for themselves. Within 7 months of my purchasing this gem, my brother and brother-in-law have purchased it and my sister will be doing so very soon! And I have some other very interested parties who will probably buy within the next few months. I have been to the Colorado mountains, South Carolina beaches, OSU football games in the "Shoe", the wonders of the Black Hills and the USMC graduation (twice) since I bought the S5200 and every trip is captured in vibrant and wondrous detail! My hardest chore is deciding which photos to actually print! Too many excellent choices! I recommend this camera for anyone who wants ease of use, dependability, reliability and quality photos and even video. I would buy again - keep making it!

It does all things well if not great--just watch out for fuzzy focus in low light--other than that it can't be beat and it even looks like a slr--

Top Quality at Decent Price!
By vinyl pandaVerified Reviewer from Gainesville FL on 12/25/2006
Describe Yourself:
Casual user, Hobbyist/Enthusiast
Pros:
Accurate Colors, Great Resolution, Great Zoom, Lightweight, Nice Features and Settings, Portable, Price
Cons:
Fewer Megapixels, Large Fixed Size
Best Uses:
Everyday, Low Lighting, Outdoors, Portraits, Sports/Action, Travel, Weddings/Events, Zoom

Comments about Kodak Kodak Flexicolor Fixer / Replenisher, 5-Gallons.:

There's a reason this is rated high on Consumer Reports! With an impressive array of options and a killer zoom this camera can operate in most settings with outstanding results. 5 megapixels is not to be disregarded as image clarity is great for editing and printing for everyone but the hardcore professional. Even still it would be a valuable camera for its ease of use and portability. The internal zoom device gives great peace of mind as far as concern about damaging. Fun and simple but with more than enough options for casual users and hobbyists this camera is more than a great buy!

Everything is relative. So, I give the Fuji S5200 5 stars understanding that it does a lot for a camera in the $250.00 range. It is lightweight, shoots really decent pictures in full auto and has enough features and modes to to keep things interesting. It's a nice camera to spark a beginner's interest in photography. Don't let anyone kid you, 5.1 megapixels in a decent camera can give you a nice 8x10 picture. I have one on my desk that came right out of this camera and went staight to the printer and never saw Photoshop. It is not my main camera but I bet I take more shots with the Fuji than my other setup which costs many, many more dollars than the Fuji. That's because the Fuji is easy to use, lightweight and easy to carry around and picture quality is way above what I would ever have expected from a [$] camera If your looking for value in a camera this one's a no-brainer.
