I use this Cokin "P" filter holder to hold ND Grad filters and a CP. I got the 77mm with several adapters so as to suit various lens sizes. I use this set up for landscape opportunities while traveling so size and "packability" are important to me. Over time I may regret not going for the larger Filter/Filter holder sets as this size is susceptable to vignetting with wider lenses.
It's possible to pay a lot more to get this function (or one could just hold the filters in front of the lens) but I opted for this well designed, durable, sensibly priced holder and it works just fine.

If you're thinking about shooting any kind of landscape or photos that involve the sky, you owe it to yourself to get some sort of filter. This filter holder seems to be made of good quality, something that appears to be durable.
