Comments about Tiffen Tiffen 67mm Close-up Filter Set with +1, +2 & +4 Macro Lenses.:
if you are looking for serious macro photography,,extension tubes and/or a dedicated macro lens is the best way to go with....close up filters are not reliable and cost the same as some budget tubes.

I'm amateur and have no basis for comparison, but this product worked well for me on my Sony DSC-R1. Giving 4 stars instead of 5 due to my own lack of experience. I used it to convert slides to digital images, and plan to also use it for macro nature photography. I used the +4 filter on the slides and it did very well.
