Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
The plastic filter holder seems a little flimsy, but seems to work okay so far - plastic square filters are nice when brand new, but accumulate fingerprints, dust, scratches pretty fast. Better than ordering $100 glass filters for several different filter ring sizes, but not as convenient (have to take off filter and mount every time I stash the camera back into the camera bag)
