This is an excellent set of black and white filters that should work in most shooting situations. The mounting rings are made of metal and the optics are perfectly clear. You may encounter vignetting on wide angle lenses due to the thickness of the mount ring but this is not always true. Lenses are glass and can easily be washed with soap and water if required. No special lens cleaners are needed. The case is the only possible downfall as it provides only marginal protection from dust and will allow the filters to fall out if opened upside down.
