Comments about Cokin Cokin Infrared 89B Filter Series P:
I bought this filter as a way to try infared photography without a lot of expense. The Cokin 89B filter is great. Easy to use , works very effectively. I enjoy the addition of IR images to
my fine art products and to portrait sessions. The effect is stunning to my clients and models alike. It is just one more idea to offer my clients.

Took a minute to figure out how to get it installed in the mount, but after that, it's AWESOME! Love the quality and consistency.

Comments about Cokin Cokin Infrared 89B Filter Series P:
This is my first use of an infrared filter and I love it. I would definitely recommend this filter as a starter due to the price and the fact that it part of the Cokin P series (which I am very fond of).

Comments about Cokin Cokin Infrared 89B Filter Series P:
Purchased a news lens and needed series P size. Series P is sandwiched between sturdy pieces of plastic making it easy to grasp and install as well as blocking out any light seepage.

Comments about Cokin Cokin Infrared 89B Filter Series P:
Great to buy to use with multiple lenses. Only con is you have to hold it in front of the lens unless you buy the cokin mounts to go with each lens.

Comments about Cokin Cokin Infrared 89B Filter Series P:
I'm using the P series filter on a Hasselblad with Rollei medium-format infrared film. Without a filter, the Rollei film is rated at ISO 400 and looks like any other panchromatic film. With this filter, meter at ISO 6 (you'll have really long exposures). This filter is nearly opaque, so be sure to compose your shot without the filter, then remember to set the filter in front of the lens before exposure (you can easily slide the filter almost out of the holder for composition, then slide it back into position). The resultant images are really stunning.
