not enough stops for bright Miami. I could not get the effect I wanted. It is also very expensive for little effect

Great price for such a excellent product.
If you own high quality lenses like Canon L series don't be cheap and go for the best one.
Heliopan is one of the best brands in glasses. I own a few Heliopan filters and believe me THEY ARE THE BEST EVER.
They are expensive but this is the best FILTERS quality in the world.
Of course LIFETIME WARRANTY.
