I already own a Hoya 72mm ND 2X and wanted to do a little experminting so I bought the Hoya 72mm ND 4X. They are both excellent filters for shooting waterfalls. I have found that if you are out in the open shooting a waterfall with a lot of sunlight, the ND 4X is the one to use.

This product meets my needs.
