Does the job perfectly for me on my little Panasonic camcorder. Perhaps the previous reviewer doesn't realize the circular polarizers must be rotated to the correct position before shooting - best to aim low at the sky when clouds are present and rotate the polarizer until it is at its darkest. If you rotate the camera from a horizontal position to any other position, the polarizer must be re-adjusted for that new camera angle. Works best when outdoor light is on the bright side.

I put this on the camera and I can't notice a difference. I done several outdoor shoots and don't see anything better with the filter on.
