I just finished my first series of photos using the filter and a 200 mm telephoto lens. The filter enhanced all aspects of my compositions. I was working outside in full sun, shade, early and late light using people and pets.

I like glass to protect my lense glass. Been very pleased over the years with Tiffen Products and Adorama's prices. Have UV filter on all my lenses, even on 17-40L...Peace of mind in knowing that the glass filter protects and yet allows natural colors to come out on finished picture. quality is

I really enjoy the value for the money. I use Tiffen filters to protect my valuable lenses because the filters are reasonably priced, a great value for the money, and serve their purpose.

I have a number of these. I bought the last 2 for a 50mm and an 85mm prime lenses. These will work on most lenses, but would not recommend this brand for a Canon 10-22mm lens or a Canon 17-55mm lens. I bought these and the lens caps would not fit properly. I replaced them with Canon's sharp cut filters and that solved the problem.

Allows a clearer image of distant mountains.
