Pros:

Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Nice drapability, deep pocket for support rod, no flaws in the weave of the fabric.
It's not really Gray-Blue. More of a dark blue.
Fabric is thin, but along a solid, windowless wall, this would not be a problem.
No cleaning instructions in the package.
Creases from packaging are unattractive, and since it's supposed to be painted, I'm not sure if it's alright to wash or touch up with a warm iron. I may just spritz it with plain water while its hanging to remove creases.
