This softboxes are great. Lighting doesn't take me as long as it used to abd it lights really soft. The only thing is that the instructions are not good at all and you should also buy a sandbag for the miniBoom stand. Other than that...it's awesome!!! would recomend to a friend.

I've used SV lights before and these proved to be an excellent value. I do digital product shots (usually small items where I use 2 Lowell Ego lights) and needed more light for some larger items. I bought the incandescent set and found the bulb too big to use with the internal diffuser in place on the small light box - the bulb actually comes in contact with the fabric; not good. I plan to switch to fluorescents.

I've used these lights for a few months now and I'm very happy with the results. If you've put together a soft box before these are fairly easy to set up - if you haven't, your first time may be somewhat trying as the directions are inadequate. Very old-school industrial design; but hey, they work great and the price is excellent.
