Produces very nice natural looking lighting, without the bulk and weight of other options. It is reliable and produces well exposed photos but only if you follow the directions exactly for both the flash AND the camera setup given on the supplied and included disc. It is light weitght but a little bulky, and requires using very high ISO and Works best with lenses with f2.8 f2 or f 1.4 aperture, and the most powerful shoe mount flash you can get. Good results can be obtained with less than pro equipment but at shorter working distances. Although lighting is natural it is not lively and some might get bored with the flatness of the light over time on every occasion. It is another good option for light control but not a be all and end all solution.
