I wanted a reasonably priced bracket to allow me to move my on camera or slave flash high above the camera or at least a foot to the side. This does the job. It's a bit heavy and an ugly duckling, but the object is not to have beautiful
gear but to use your gear to get great photos. This helps.And Ican use it on my digital gear and film cameras as well.
