My 580 EX/2 flash unit handles four batteries inside, the power unit allows me another eight batteries and this quick reloading unit gives me an additional eight batteries. Total of 20 rechargeable batteries that will allow me to take as many flash photos as I want with my Canon 30D without concerns. It doesn't get any better.
