Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
I expected this to soften the light a bit more than it did. It fit nicely on the flash and I didn't worry about it falling off. I have used the Photoflex inflatable softbox for flash and it works nicer than this. The light was still a little harsh and flat. Although I liked it overall.
